By using AI-powered features in our app, you consent to this data being processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. You may choose not to use AI features at any time.
  • Communications: To respond to your inquiries, send appointment reminders, and provide customer support via email or WhatsApp.
  • Analytics: To understand how our platform is used, improve our services, and monitor performance. Our analytics are cookie-free and GDPR-friendly.
  • Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

  • Neon (PostgreSQL): Secure cloud database storage for application data.
  • Google: OAuth authentication provider for sign-in functionality.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): AI processing for vehicle analysis and customer assistance. Data sent for processing is subject to Anthropic's data usage policies.
  • NHTSA / EPA: We query public U.S. government APIs for VIN decoding, safety recalls, crash ratings, and fuel economy data. No personal information is sent to these services.
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business): If you contact us via WhatsApp, messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business API.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You can delete your account at any time directly from the app by navigating to Settings and clicking "Delete My Account." When you delete your account:
